USUSI booked this room for my daughter's online. After paying, the next screen was confirming my order and said "no other payments are due." They go to check in and the receptionist tried to require an additional $100 deposit since I was not there. She had an attitude with them and when I tried to explain over the phone the site said I did not have to be present bc I selected it was for someome else and the site said nothing further was due. She still refused and wouldn't refund my money

USUSUSUSUSThe floors were dirty. One bed had stains all over. Bathroom was extra small. The continental breakfast was lacking. The hotel reed of weed. The room had a smell about it.

My wallet went missing during my stay, thank God it was the things I left from switching out my purses. Stayed by myself so definitely was a house keeping staff member.
