Super 8 by Wyndham Missoula/Brooks Street

To be fair didn't end up staying but the front desk lady was the worst during entire trip. She should not be so dishonest. However manager was fair.

Room smelled like pets Carpet needs to be replaced

Room had a funny odor to it. No signage to indicate that a switch on the wall by the door would turn on power to the television. Free breakfast was limited in food options. Things stored in the refrigerator were not available unless a staff member unlocked the door to the fridge.

They refused to give me my room because their computer was down. I had to go to a different hotel to get a room.

The checkin process was inconvenient. I completed the online checknin process which stated i would just need to go to the office and pick up the key to the room. The lady that was at the desk was rude and i had to complete the check in process again.

Easy to find

The bathrooms had public hair on the floors beds were very springy and need upgraded and just all around sad.

I would not recommend this hotel, room was dirty bathroom was filthy I had to clean it before we could use it. Nasty

The location was good. They allowed pets

Carpet was stained. Stains on the walls. Bathroom was chipped and questionable
