The staff was awesome . Ralph was awesome and so was our housekeeper she was kind as well. I have a service animal and they didn't ask for my ppw , which was really nice cause I don't like to advertise I have one. Hot showers was nice .

We ended up not staying. I didn't feel safe with the people hanging around and at the hotel, especially with my toddler. This room was dirty with stained floors and walls, had an horrible smell. The staff was incredibly rude and eating pizza while checking us in.

WIFI hat nicht funktioniert TV hat nicht funktioniert Hotel wurde generalüberholt -> es stank nach Farbe, die Windmaschine zum Trocknen extrem laut (und genau vor unserem Zimmer) Fenster hatte ein etwa 15 cm2 Loch ! Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht -> Fenster auf -> extrem laut (direkt an der Hauptstraße Kein Klopapier im Zimmer Fremde Haare in Bett und Bad … Frühstück: Saftmaschine kaputt Trotz mehrerer Anfragen in der Rezeption keine Besserung Waren (wegen Rundreise) in ca 25 Hotels -> dies war das schlechteste Hotel der gesamten Reise !! 😔☹️

The breakfast was minimal, the bed was comfortable. My only problem was the towels in my room were either stained or dirty and I had to ask for new ones as soon as I got there
