Friendly staff

Hotel was decent, very close to Fort Knox which was a must for our trip. Tv control didn’t work at first but was quickly replaced. Woke up the last morning bitten by either a spider or bed bugs, honestly not too sure which one. Over all, had it not been for the insect bite I would have rated it one star higher.

Our room smelled bad, like BO it was just sour. Once in the room for a minute or so you didn’t notice it. We went and bought e air fresheners but didn’t help when you first walked in. Asked the staff to come check and they say they couldn’t smell anything. Vinyl flooring was peeling up and turned our feet black when barefoot. Room was in good shape good AC and water temp/pressure. We asked for 3 wake up calls and never got one even after complaining or staff. It was bearable but we will not be staying there again

The room only had a hand towel and a couple rags. We had to go to the desk to request bath towels for our stay. The staff was friendly and gave us some towels. Location was conveniently close to Walmart and dining options.

The cleaning staff was not friendly 😒 but overall stay was good. I use this place every year. And to be honest, this was the first year that the new cleaning staff was not friendly at all.i didn't like that

Was charged for night wasn't there checked in on the 28th and checked out the 29th due to emergency before 11am and was still charged 182 for a night I didn't even stay and have copy receipt that only states amount money for one night but instead still was 182 taken from my account

The staff was friendly ..good location

The floors was horrible I tripped over it being unlevel twice .not enough bathroom linen.
