The night time front desk employee became rude because we asked to have a key reactivated

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I liked that the secure feeling that people had to come by the front desk to gain entrance to the hotel. The desk clerk was very helpful when we couldn't get our tv to work correctly and came to the room to show us what we were doing wrong.

The breakfast. Doughnuts and juice just aren't enough for breakfast.

It's a little off the main road, so, it wasn't noisy at all. People were nice, it was clean and exactly what I needed. A cheap, quiet and clean place to sleep. It's not a luxury hotel, vut, it was

Mike who worked the front desk was especially kind and helpful.His kindness was above and beyond and renewed my faith in good people. I would give 10 stars if I was able.

It was very noisy at night. People loudly conversing in the parking lot outside our window until after 11 pm. Then a mother yelling at her child who was running up and down the hallway at 12:30 am. Doors slamming until late into the night. I could not sleep.

The staff greeted us as we walked into the building. The room was clean

Friendly, helpful staff and clean room but not four out of five dots on this planet. Cheap furniture, small bathroom, cheap plumbing fixtures (some not working well), flickering lights, dog barking continuously after 6 AM. There is a fridge and microwave however.
