"Not great"

There was little to no breakfast . I didnt get room service one time staying there for 5 nights . Had to go to the desk to get my own toilet paper and new towels . Owner said he would accept cash for my room but couldn't break my cash and told me he would get it back to me . And he did the next day at like 10 at night.

No room service, tiny tiny fridge with no freezer space .

The person at the counter was understanding.

Disgusting rooms, bugs, stains on the bed, bathroom was not cleaned, shit on the walls behind the toilet, peoples’ hair all over the shower, etc.

Room was cramped and poorly lit. The only light in the main part of the room was the table lamp beside the bed. Breakfast was substandard.
