Super 8 by Wyndham Riverton

Air didn’t work correctly, shower didn’t work broken faucets, no light in bathroom sink, no Kleenex in room, no carpet in room.

The hotel could use some maintenance and cleaning. Our door was hard to get in. Bathroom needed a good scrub. The desk help was pleasant but hard to get to desk.

When we stepped into the entrance the odor of marijuana! We had ring the doorbell to get someone to come to check us in. He barely spoke English! The room was hot and stunk. NO Hot Water for shower! Air conditioner kept going on and off all night and it was not on auto!! The beds were uncomfortable my husband was unable to sleep after driving 13 hours! We will never stay at another Super 8

Just an average older hotel that smells.

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Bathroom wasn't clean. Cable worked at night but not in the morning.

Very disappointed. The first room on the first floor (ground floor) we were assigned was not at all like the photographs on your website and the window would not lock shut. I went to reception and showed them the photographs on your website and asked to be moved. We were moved to another room upstairs which was better but could not lock the door from the outside, you could just push the door and gain entry into the room but could lock the door from the inside. Someone cooked curry and the whole hotel smelt of it. The area for breakfast was next to the reception desk.

Room was serviced for the first time after a week, and having to ask. Had to ask for clean towels after 5 days.

Comfortable.
