I found the room I was in was wonderful with a large refrigerator. Two beds, good shower and good tv. Quiet and enjoyable .

First room stunk very badly. They provided a different room, that room, the lock didn't work on the door so anyone could enter without a key. third room smelled better but there were used towels in bathroom and it was difficult to open the door from the outside and from the inside. cancelled our stay both nights.

Comfortable bed and conveniently located within walking distance of places to eat

Well, you get what you pay for.

Nice stay. Better than most Super 8. Friendly, clean and convenient.

Convenient

Hands down worst hotel I have ever stayed at. You could not pay me to ever stay at this nasty hotel ever again. We decided to go away for the weekend and visit Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Riverton was the cheapest place to stay at the time, and in our past experiences Super 8 has been pretty decent so we decided to stay at the Super 8 hotel. Dealing with the main number the gentleman was very nice with helping us with booking. That is where the pleasant part stopped. We arrived at the hotel later in the evening, ready to rest and get started with my weekend. My husband went and got us checked in, and we pulled to the side of the hotel as close as we could to our room. Upon arriving it the hotel was noticeably run down, but you can't always judge a book by its cover. Once we entered the hotel we realized we made a HUGE mistake. The hotel was absolutely disgusting. The smell hits you hard in the face and does not go away. We went to our room, and for our duration, trying to enter our room was a joke between my husband and I, as we had to kick our hotel door room in, since it was stuck. Once we entered the room our regret was even worse. The hotel room smelled like mold and urine. We tried to ignore this fact but it only continued to worsen. When my husband pulled his comforter back there was some unknown stain on the bed. It looked a bit like a food stain and again tried to ignore it. As the evening went on we continued to find dirty little tid bits of the room, including a never ending clogged toilet, that management insisted was not clogged.  On day 2 it worsened. We went out about our day, only to return to sugar ants, not only in my dogs food, but in all of our snacks as well. My husband approached, what I believe may be management, only to not be taken seriously. He stated he would send maintenance down to fix the toilet, that essentially was never fixed. Since we had less than 10 hours left we let it be. The day we left (a few hours later) we had a $100 dollar additional charge on our credit card for stains on the beds that were already there. When I called to discuss this, the gentleman that answered did not want to hear me, and admittingly I got heated. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THEIR DISASTER and then called my husband a liar, and said they have never had bugs in their hotel. We were warned that this was a very dirty hotel, but never imagined we would be in this situation. We will NEVER return, and would highly suggest Wyndam does a tour of this hotel before attaching their names to such a dirty place.
