Super 8 by Wyndham Riverton

The air conditioner was very loud, cracked window, black ants in bathroom and the directory had nasty drawing in there. Window seal definitely needed cleaning. I feel that the outside back and front doors need to be locked @ night to make people feel safer. They need towel bars in the bathroom. It was clean and quiet other than that. I asked for a AARP discount at check in but since I booked it through Expedia but didn’t pay ahead they couldn’t help me. I tried to call them but couldn’t get a hold of them so got frustrated and booked it through Expedia. The desk clerk was very polite but hard to understand. Our overall all experience was ok. I did tell the desk clerk about the things that were wrong and handed him the directory but no response back after I got my receipt. The desk clerk is there 24/7 poor guy.

Nice serviceable room. Breakfast was sparse - I'd say less than even most Continentals. Location of motel was excellent.

People were very friendly and helpful

I was very disappointed room service was terrible my room was not clean and it smelled bad my room was full of bed bugs and I tried to explain that to the owners they ignored me and stated that that was no bed bugs in my room but I got sores and scars and bike marks all over my body from bed bugs had to go to Walmart and get me some bed bug killer my stay at the super 8 in Riverton Wyoming was terrible no clean towels no room service my toilet and my bathtub was all stopped up the water from the bathtub would not go down with the drain

The staff at the place was very rude to me
