USHonestly nothing! If it wasn’t already booked and if we wasn’t as exhausted as we were I wouldn’t have stayed.
Almost every single thing
USUSOnline, I specified that I needed a ground floor room if there was no elevator. That request was not honored. Because other hotels nearby had no vacancies, my disabled mother had to struggle up the stairs. The room was clean, but smoke detector dangling off the wall by wires, and door latch hanging by loose screws. Coffee maker in the room did not work.

USUSWe had to go to a different room once we got in the toilet leaked water coming up from the floor. Toilet was barely on door half tore out kind of disgusting

The room stunk, smoke detector was ripped off the wall,they forgot my wake up call so I was late for appointment and the breakfast was atleast 7 days stale.
