"I won’t be booking a room there again"

I went in 45 minutes before it was to close. There were two small rolls, 5 slices of bread, a few over ripe bananas, cereal and a few pouches of oatmeal.

Breakfast, the air conditioner didn’t work right and the refrigerator smelled moldy and didn’t work. The toilet was extremely low.

"Shabby and Unclean Experience"

Friend and I stay at this location for a weekend while we were visiting the Rock Falls area. Picked the location because they had a larger suite room available for a reasonable price, which gave us extra space without breaking the bank. Room was large, but it wasn't as impressive as we hoped. Furniture was old, shabby, and fairly uncomfortable. Room was moderately clean, but it smelled really musty. Floor was sunken in multiple areas, which moved and creaked as we walked about the room. Service was friendly if not overly helpful. No breakfast options offered, nor was there really any other amenities available during our stay. Perhaps we got what we paid for, but I doubt that we'll stay at this hotel again in the future.
