"First of all they overcharged my debit card $50, she said they had charged me twice for the deposit"

Only thing I can say is the bed was comfortable.

I'll tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn't work. The reason I was calling the front desk trying to figure out how to get the TV on Wi-Fi. But I never received a call back or anything else. I use my own phone and let them know the room I was in and all that. When I went to check out I got my $50 cash back for the deposit but I didn't get my $50 on my card back. It took me 20 to 30 minutes to even get anybody to come up there to the front desk. Because I done been questioning them about overcharging my card. And the then she finally found a reason to keep my $50 said that it was cuz I had a pet which they knew and I put it on my reservation.
