The room was full of fleas,on the carpet and matrass,fridge didnt work proper and no possibility to set up the temperature on AC

The price was right, and they accepted pets. They are centrally located. The room, and the common areas were clean.

The floor in the room was weak. There was one spot that I avoided for fear of putting my foot through it.

No one stayed at the front desk. Had to ring a bell in order to check in. Lighting in room was poor. Room not completely clean, not horrible, but could have been a little cleaner. Hair in shower for example and a little foul smell when you first walk in. Toiletries were not fully stocked. Soap and shampoo bottles almost empty and not even a full roll of toilet paper. I understand wanting the previous roll used up first, but if we would have finished it, there was not another one to replace it.

The place was clean and quiet

My key card quit working a couple times

I stay there any time I am in town they are so nice

The layout of the room made it difficult to sleep. I requested a handicap room however it required taking stairs to get to from outside. The room smelled bad I had to go purchase air freshener myself. What breakfast!!! Never seen or ate the supposed included breakfast. Did not have wifi or if they did no password was ever provided.
