Room was clean. Carpet should be torn up and replaced with vinyl. Staff were cordial. The one HUGE complaint that I have, is that they copy your driver's license,and then they won't give you that copy back when you check out. That is a huge potential for identity theft.

Cockroaches, bloody sheets, holes in sheets & blankets, dirty, stinky, loud, air-conditioning didn't work, and no tv remote

Room was clean and updated foyer and bathroom floors and shower. Fresh coffee available in reception area. Pool appears very clean.

Hallways need new carpet and paint. Typical."old carpet" smell.
