Mattress was extremely warn. Fitted sheet did not stay on mattress.

No blanket on the bed! Just a sheet and flimsy bedspread. Front desk staff hard to understand.

Lowering my expectations

The Hotel was dated and not inviting, no decor etc. Man at the desk was creepy, was facing the window outside in the office & watching as I went to & from my car. Breakfast was sad……

The evening guy at the desk did not care at all. I was scared to eat anything set out for breakfast. The room was decent. Paid way too much for a bare bones hotel.

The location is good, but other hotels close by are comparable. Nothing else was good.

(1) door lock didn't work consistently; (2) blankets were thin and cheap; (3) had to ask for the same extra blanket every time; (4) no closet; just 3 hooks; "dresser" had 2 shallow "main" drawers; and 2 even shallower sock drawers; totally insufficient for any size clothes; (5) no towel rack in sink area; one hook on inside toilet room door to hang a towel; (6) soap and amenities were tiny, terrible and no shampoo or conditioner at all; (7) one small chair for sitting, not very comfortable; (8) lighting was terrible, extremely insufficient; most of the room was dim all the time; (9) towels were few, very thin and cheap; (10) manager reluctant to give us more, and actually gave us half what we asked when we were shorted; (11) one luggage cart, with bad wheel, didn't work well; (12) internet connect was VERY inconsistent, and with my iPad and computer it only worked the first day out of a four night stay; (13) no one could fix it and no one even tried; (14) "continental breakfast" was a joke; it was inedible, and if you were 1 minute late, everything was removed, which happened to us. (15) Beds were decent, but cheap and insufficient sheet/blanket. (16) Wall sockets were in poor condition and NONE OF THEM held the plug. The A/C-Heater was relatively quiet and worked well.

The desk agent at checkin was very curt but got the job done. The room was clean and in generally good condition. The outlet for the microwave and fridge was on a light switch that also controlled the vanity lighting so either the light was on or the fridge was off. The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing with only a few items available. The yogurt appeared to have been frozen and thawed and was not edible.
