We were visiting for one night to celebrate "Grandparents day at granddaughters university". Staff on the phone VERY pleasant regarding early checkin. Room was clean but did lack an extra blanket for a cool night. Person checking us in was not rude but certainly not friendly which surprised and disappointed us. He was helpful in the morning to someone wanting a fork in the breakfast room but definitely was not a cheerful to customers. I wondered if perhaps there was a bit of a language barriar.

Carpets need updated. Sheets were all wrinkled up. Has a misty smell I still have not received bill. One I saw was $81.00. Before taxes. Just disappointed

"very clean but no service "

hotel room was very clean but there was no one ever at the desk to help went 24hrs no tv or internet. got no help had to leave to get service an the breakfast they offer is a no evverything is old an no coffee. just a clean bad service hotel!!!!!!

The rate I was to pay through Expedia inexplicably increased by $12 in the few days between booking and check-in. No explanation has occurred. Check in seemed a bother to the person working. Won't consider this motel again.

Room clean. Bed comfortable. TV, HVAC, fridge, and microwave all worked. Was assigned a handicapped room which was inconvenient. I don't know why but hot water took a long time to appear in the early morning when it was 34*F outside. Breakfast options were few - no meat or pastries. Location convenient to I-69. Cracker Barrel and Burger King nearby.

Room and bathroom were clean. The bed was excellent.... especially the mattress. I slept like a baby.

Slight odor In lobby, I think it might have been the cleanser. I think it was some sort of lavender which my nose is very sensitive to. Breakfast was okay. Low on a some items.
