FairBridge Inn Express North Lima

I've been staying here at least a day a week because of the price and location.

This time I was put in room 117 and the room looks awful. There wasn't enough towels and we had to ask for additional toilet paper. The tub look like it was dirty and it had to kind of black stains all over it including some mold on the outer edge of the floor. I will continue to stay there when needed but not all the rooms are equally the same.

I was looking for a place that was cost-effective and the beds are actually very comfortable

We didnt even stay because the beds and sheets were so gross, I didn't even go with high expectations as I simply needed a bed and a shower. Thank you for processing the refund.

We did like that they refunded our money in a very good timely manner. Which hopefully means they are a decent company that just had a sudden issue come up. We still may consider them again just for this.

We can't really give much of a review, as they canceled our reservation the day of arrival.

They were rude did not want to work with me about security deposit after I realized I had a credit card. Seems like they don’t care for black Americans because they immediately said they didn’t want to work with me and no reason why not, highly disappointed as I was traveling to a family funeral so wasn’t planned and they had no remorse for me or my situation!
