the carpets in the hallways are dirty and stained, the hallways and the room smelled, the carpet in the room was dirty and obviously had not been vacuumed as little bits of trash were under the desk and other places. the furniture was beat up, a door missing off one cabinet, two lamps were broken and the bed linens were dirty and stained.

Room & bed very comfortable. Staff very nice overall facility in good shape.

Shelf in bathroom broken. Tv furniture broken at bottom. Out of waffles

Rooms were not clean. Hair in shower, inside fridge was dirty, stain on comforter and pool was green and dirty.

Cleaniness

Benches at the breakfast buffet need replaced basly., Sheets are old and not crisp. Needs new comforter. There was no bath mat. There was no real cooked oatmeal Please do better.

It was mold throughout the shower curtain. The bathtub was very slippery, and I was quite nervous being that I am a high fall risk. The person of the desk in the morning was unable to help me, and she told me that the manager would contact me on Monday after 1 PM but no one called me. I’ve stated many Hampton Inn throughout the years and I’ve always been satisfied with their service however this Hampton was a big disappointment.
