Awesome staff

The front desk receptionist was a delight to deal with. She was very helpful and pleasant. Really wanted us to enjoy our stay.

1/5 Stars - Avoid Terrible experience. The room was uncleaned with dirty linens and missing towels. I had to go to the front desk to fetch my own sheets and coffee, and then had to make the bed myself. They offered a small discount, but frankly, the room was uninhabitable. I would not recommend staying here.

We we were traveling to Folly beach and stopped for the night. We usually stay at Hamptons. This was by far the greatest one. The breakfast was the best!

Very pleasant, breakfast is always great, rooms are nice.

Room smelled as if it had perfume coming from the ac unit, also the bedding smelled like perfume

Coffee was good. We did not eat breakfast but it looked good. Bananas were dark.

Room was ok.

This was a nice hotel 10 years ago when we stayed. This time it seemed run down and poorly run. The desk clerk was absent for over half an hour at 10 pm with at least 6 people waiting to check in. One customer was in line to return the key and get a refund due to their room being filthy. Another guy we spoke with said he had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean his room. Luckily our room was ok other than cigarette smell and pet odor. It definitely was not what we have been used to with Hampton Inns. I will never book this location again.

Bathroom was bright and updated. Breakfast was good.

Hotel needs an upgrade. When we got off the elevator on our floor with our cart loaded. There was s housekeeping cart blocking the way. No housekeeper in sight. We had to move it ourselves. The in room coffee filter didn't fit the machine. Room smelled musty. Bedding was dingy and old.

Breakfast was good but their normal cook didn’t show. The maintenance guy had to cook the food and he was doing his absolute best to keep up.

Floors were extremely sticky in the rooms on the carpeting and tile. Apparently this is a problem in all rooms. They weren’t diluting the cleaning mixture right.
