Arya Inn & Extended Stay

I use Wyndham Hotels a lot with my business and am very disappointed with staff and service of this particular Super 8. We are a security company which work unusual hours, this particular trip did not have us arriving to the hotel until 04:00am. Knowing this I always call after 4:00 pm the day of checkin to let the staff know this and checkin over the phone. This process prevents a lot of trouble when we arrive. This time even though we did this our room was not there and I was billed for the room the price of the online reservation. I explained this to the employee but they told me they had no choice but I would have to rent another room. This new room cost more than the first and they would not match the price. Being 04:30am by point and having to checkout at 11:00, we decided to not argue with staff any longer and to speak to the manager in the morning. Upon speaking to the manager they informed me they would refund the original lesser amount but I had to pay the higher rate. This is not ok and we will be using Choice Hotels in the future. Good luck to you all and I would really work on your customer service.

Don't know about the Super 8 in Longview because they called when were almost there and told me they had no vacancies. Reported to Hotels com but still don't know if I'll get a refund or not

Room was a non smoking that recked of smoke. Furniture was so old and filthy, broken fixtures burn hole in bed spread. Unbelievable how bad this was!

Hotel needs a complete remodel. They had to switch my room 3 times because the rooms were incomplete. Water pressure sucked and The water only got warm

the room itself was fine. Thank heavens for the truck stop/convenience store/restaurant next door. really good barbecue and nice people working there. if it wasn't for the fact the weather was so hot that day I wouldn't have stayed there.

There was like homeless people all gathered around the front door. Made me feel unsafe. Internet was down so they gave me a room that was already occupied. I left and got a room somewhere else. I asked for a refund.

Do not recommend any business management will not help resolve any issues you have checked in and had to walk out because the room smelled horrible was not issued a refund kept getting hung up on!!!!!

Place was terrible and run down

My stay was lovely..Front desk people are very lovely house keeping as well room was clean and every day housekeeping asked if i wanted or needed my room clean .. Pool was open even tho during the day there is no shade no chairs or anywhere to sit by the pool and just enjoy

I think that I have said plenty. I would dissolve the connection with Wyndham if you could. This place really needs to be closed down if for nothing else than the lack of cleanliness and sanitation. I almost called the Health Department!
