GBApologies but this inn needs to take immediate action. The pool is closed, possibly for the best. Unacceptable all in all.. Not clean. Bed linen had holes and did not smell clean. The toilet bowl was disgusting. I did not feel safe. We went in and out. Still waiting for a refund.
USUSNo room phone , had to continually walk to the office , took three times to get a room key that worked ,,, the "beds" in our room had wooden 2×4 Beams protruding out the sides near the floor & several times myself and company slammed foot/ankle on these protruding wood beams ,,, gone from early morning & stopped at office & reported no bath tissue in (room# 237) returned at the end of the day ,,,still no bath tissue in room ,,and no housekeeping was done in room ,, had roaches walking on sink , and also opened refrigerator ,only to find roaches in side refrigerator walking around ,, & last but not least shower / bath, hot water just a trickle 👎👎🙈🙈
