Super 8 by Wyndham Chico

I called to cancel and they said they canceled but they charged me when there should not have been per the employee I spoke with. It’s been a month where is my refund?!

Yes this is my seventh time that I’ve been here in Chico always pick the super eight cause it is convenient right off the freeway. Staff is always nice and regular it’s always good to see the same faces. The rooms are clean air conditioner works the room usually has all the amenities such as refrigerator a microwave a blow, dryer, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the bathroom plenty of towels. The swimming pool is spectacular. They have three stories and they’re always very considerate to give me the lower level. I love oh yes, and they serve continental breakfast we as a family love it. We will continue to stay here. my next day will be in October.

This is an old property. They did the best they could updating it with what they had to work with.

nice room, good staff. Breakfast was good. Pool is fine, Close to lots of fun stuff to do, including a happy hour at Sycamore.

Breakfast looked good although I just grabbed a banana. Lots of guest seemed to be enjoying it. The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet. Coffee maker, small frig and microwave...handy. The place was clean and the staff friendly. I'll admit when I first saw the place I was not sure... but I was proved wrong.

I have no complaints.

Ready and clean when I got there late that night.

Hotel is very dirty. Rooms were filthy. I guess you get what you pay for.

The hotel is really nice, although I would say the bathrooms tend to get a bit flooded by the shower curtains not working properly. And the area around it is a bit schetchy.
