"Exceptional"

This is a solid stay for the Chico area. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I’ve stayed here before and appreciate that They accept pets for a reasonable fee. There’s a Denny’s very close by that you can walk to. This facility does not have an elevator so may be an issue for some if not on the first floor.

The room was large, but extremely dirty! The floor was sticky and so dirty you could see the dirt. The walls need washed, absolutely disgusting! The bed and pillows were old and stunk. The plus, the shower kept its hot water. It was also extremely noisy and housekeeping was very loud. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Availability of pool hours. Staff was friendly.

Property lacked elevator. Breakfast area was small, but breakfast offered was pretty good. Juice machine did not work.
