Everything was very good, friendly staff. The bed size we requested and on the bottom floor wasn't available when we arrived but they upgraded us to a larger size with no up charge.

The carpet was stained. So it made the room look dirty but it was very clean. Bed was a little hard but still able to sleep comfortably.

The location was a bit confusing for the first couple of trips in and out.

Made arrangements to stay here, even messaged them about accommodations weeks before my arrival. When we got there they had no accommodating rooms available only ones with smaller beds and room capacity but wanted to charge me the same price. They had a room available but it was upstairs and no elevators which is not handicap accessible. I told them to cancel my stay and since it was on them I shouldn't be charged. The staff was rude and they still tried to charge me for a full stay. Never again. It was the worse of all motels I have ever tried to stay at.

Staff were super! Breakfast was good. Area was safe for a single old woman!

My girlfriend got head lice while staying in this nasty hotel

I founded the bed clothes dirty, show the pictures in the front desk and change my room, i have a picture.if u want.

The room was fine. I am 71 years old and handicapped. For a hotel with 3 floors there was no elevator or cart for luggage. We were on the 2nd floor with no assistance.

Thank you for getting rid of the homeless situation. I felt safer this visit. The waffles and other items made for a great breakfast. The room was very clean. Great bed, sheets and towels. I appreciated a clean set of towels every day. Most places do not do this. This why I will return in the future.
