I forgot something and within less than 10 hours I contacted them but they refused to even check the room. Called 3 times and they were rude and just refused to confirm it. There attitude was terrible. Lack of warmth

Their lack of courtesy. If they are in the hospitality business they should learn manners and hospitality.

The location is a drug den. The room was dirty, the shower backed up, I ended up sleeping in my truck.

When we got to the room, it looked like someone had used the bathroom. There was water on the floor the whole time we were there. There were no towels to take a shower with, when I called about it they said we would have to come to the front office to get them. The next day we left to go see someone and when we got back the beds hadn't been touched. And the sink faucet was broke also.

COCKROACHES!!! The tub was filthy the bedding was dated and dirty. The “bath” towels were dirty this and basically oversized hand towels.
