They allowed guest with loose, highly aggitated Pitbull mix dog, so we couldn't even use the steps up to our room for fear of being bitten. And every time we stepped outside our room, we had to look for the loose dog, a couple of rooms over on the 2nd floor.

Where do I even begin? From the moment I walked into the room, it was clear this stay was going to be a strange—and frankly, uncomfortable—experience. The bed springs creaked loudly with every slight movement, making it nearly impossible to truly rest. As I pulled back the covers, I found several brown hair strands between the sheets—clearly not my own—which immediately made me question the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the entire room. Things only got worse in the bathroom. The shower curtain was stained, the tub had visible grime and more hair left behind, and the bathtub had balled-up pieces of paper shoved into the drain, as if someone had tried to cover up a plumbing issue rather than fix it. But what truly alarmed me was the electrical setup: an old extension cord near the bed actually sparked when it was touched. That’s not just inconvenient—it’s dangerous. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was so loud. These are just some of the issues. I wish I could say this was an isolated experience, but every detail seemed to point to serious neglect and a lack of basic maintenance.

A light fixture did not work, the phone and digital clock each were ripped from the wall. The surfaces around the room were dirty or grimmy. I don't believe I will ever go back to this property ever

This place was disgusting. I had ask for Toliet paper and towels. No safety lock it was broke off, phone had no cord, Toliet was gross the floors dirty. We stayed in room 122 the bathroom ceiling jags a huge stain when I told the guy at the desk he acted like he didn’t understand me. Will be looking for somewhere else come our December trip. Shampoo in shower was empty and towels were thread bare

Everything metal in our room was rusted, saw not one but TWO cockroaches, mold in pictures and on ceilings, used toilet paper in bathroom, broken desk, weird stains on bed, soooooo damp inside the room, footprints on floor. We left over a day early because it was so nasty. Would NOT recommend, didn’t even try getting a refund or anything because I could not get out of there fast enough.
