Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Monterey Beachfront-Marina, CA

Close proximity to HWY, close proximity to The Sanctuary where we ate dinner which was such a reprieve from the grossness of Country Inn & Suites by Radisson.

Upon arrival the garbage bin on the 2nd floor to our room was spilling over w/ garbage. My boyfriend asked the front desk attendent if someone could empty it but they did not. It was still full and now spilling over even more so the next morning. Additionally, someone threw dirty bed sheets in the corner at the end of the hall on 2nd floor and they remained there through the next day. Our room was less than desirable. The plumbing under the sink was exposed, the bathtub faucet had mildew around the faucet, the tub water would not drain, and the kleenex box was empty. The seat of the office chair was peeling off. But, the biggest inconvenience was the super sized bed in the small room that didn't allow for more than one person to pass by the counter/fridge area. All of this could have been managed but instead it made for an undesirable stay for me and my boyfriend. It ruined our weekend!

No the place was dirty and disgusting the sheets were dirty there was cocroches on tbe ground still crumbs and hair in tbe beds me and my family walked in anf in just 1 minutes left and ask for a refund. I only received 300 out of 627 dollars back do not stay here it filthy and disgusting the staff is not accommodating do not stay here ever

Proximity to the ocean

The room i reserved featured "2 beds and a sofa bed", when we arrived the bedroom had only 2 queen beds, that were pushed against the wall and the AC. WITH NO ROOM TO WALK. The room was extremely small barely fitting both beds. The showers pressure was very low. There was no plug for the bath. The main lights didn't work nor did the blinds on the window. Floors were dirty. AC/ heater didnt work. When we went to go in the "hot"tub the water was luck warm and the timers for bubbles didn't work.

Location was perfect and staff friendly

No hot water in shower head although plenty in bathtub spout, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, desk chair broken, outlets and usb ports worn and loose, no towels until requested

Room hardly any lights no privacy curtain no towels in room will not stay ever again

Dirty, unsafe, blood on floor, pee in toilet, room smelled like drugs, people were doing drugs outside

The quiet hotel

It's seemed very old, and the bathroom was not so clean.
