The staff tried to help by changing our room multiple times and eventually cancelling the following night reservation.

Very disappointing experience for the price paid. (250€ / night) We had to change rooms multiple times in a single night because of serious issues: dirty room conditions, strong cigarette smell, extreme noise disturbances during the entire night (crying baby and a women screaming at 4am like in the horror movie), and finally a room without running water in the shower. Despite several attempts from the staff to relocate us, the overall experience was exhausting and we were unable to properly rest, we didn’t succeed to sleep the whole first night and decided to leave as soon as possible, the staff refused to refund the first night « because we stayed ». But we are in the process to refund the 2nd night since we left.

Love the location of the hotel

The condition of this room is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing for the price we paid. I would never recommend this hotel to any friends or family. There was women’s hair left in the shower, and the bathroom had a terrible smell. The refrigerator was not working, the sheets and pillowcases were visibly dirty and covered in stains, and inappropriate items were left outside our door. This level of cleanliness and maintenance is shocking and should not be tolerated at any hotel, especially at this price point. We are very unhappy with our experience and expect this issue to be taken seriously.

The check in went pretty well and smooth even though i was very late and the gentleman was very nice and friendly and directed us to the room

I stayed for 2 nights but they didn't come in and clean my room and give us extra towels they should have came in to clean the room and give us extra towels.
