"This hotel is awful. "

This is terrible. Smell awful at the hallway. I came in my room and the floor is very dirty and sticky. food was ready. I sat the chair. I fell down and no hurting. It is broken. The service didn't fix it and mop the floor. I couldn't sleep last night and very not comfortable on the bed. What a funny! All pillows looks square! Waste my money. Don't stay here!

"unsavory area "

The desk clerk at checkin was dealing with computer issues not in his control & was really great despite the long wait for checkin. That was the best part of the stay. We witnessed apparent drug deals on the parking lot. Police sirens 4 times during the night. A barking dog who sounded aggressive across the hallway, insufficient towels, stained towels, phone inoperable, phone numbers posted on the phone were not in service, $100 deposit was required to check in

"Dont stay here!"

When the clerk goes on her 45 min lunch break - the hotel is closed. Guests lined up in the heat and no idea when the 45 min period started. Worst check in in history. And the WI-FI doesn't work and they require a 100 deposit on the room. DO NOT STAY HERE!

"Poor hospitality on management "

Manager (young Hispanic girl) was very rude accused me of smoking in a nonsmoking room and refused my stay an extra 2 days. When visiting the lobby no one was to be found so o came back to room and tried to contact but no answer. I’ve rented before and never had issues. Full aware of smoking restrictions and perimeters. A miss understanding and she was offended acting as if I was trying to get over on the place which I just wanted to request another 2 days ..
