1st night i was here phone dont work, no bathtub, no microwave,no fridge, no access to ice.The shower head leaks really bad as well. Was told they would switch me to another room. They did not.They promised to accommodate me with a fridge and microwave. They did not. I stayed here a week. Nothing has changed.

They should have in their listing on hotel.com website that when you are there you are pretty much hold captive between 12 to 3 you cannot leave your room otherwise you will lose your room these your deposit and he won't get your money back I would have known this I would have went somewhere else I shouldn't have to feel like a captain in my own hotel room I'm a little displeased about that that and it shouldn't take an hour to check in I don't know what the malfunction was that's the guy at the desk had to call the hotels.com website for some type of problem with my reservation which was already paid for before I even got there confirmation number in hand still had a problem

Its was horrible there was no phone in the room no wifi unless I stood at a gas station outside the parking lot it was 100 degrees and In a bad neighborhood so I had no way of contacting anyone so I asked the manager times about the wifi and I was told after the second time that he had been to b uh soy t ok send someone to fix it but was playing solitaire when I walked up and in the morning when it was st I'll not fixed I called hotels.com to complain so they called the motel to see about a refund andmotsl 6 refused and I went to chec km out to go to another motel went back to get my 100 dollar cash deposit and was told Ii was being docked my entire deposit because he found ashes in the win DC ow seal that were not from me I am furious and all of this added to having no way to contacted anyone I spent the whole night angry and alone with no way of contacting anyone.

the person at the reception made a mistake, they rented the same room to another person, the other person woke me up trying to open the room, then a security guy came knocking on the door, rude and threatening to take me out of the hotel and lose the rent money of the room

they were nice. i and my family felt safe. the staff was fun an kind.

I paid for the room on hotels.com instead of choosing pay at hotel thankfully. I waited as two people what happened to the window and tried to get a room and ended up walking away frustrated. I didn’t understand why they were so quick to turn away,But I walked up to the window there are “motel 6 policy” signs saying that every Night there is $100 security deposit whether you pay credit debit or cash. I explained that I was not going to pay that because hotels.com I explained that there might be additional charges however I successfully paid for the full amount for my room. He said the hotels.com should have their policies update it to their new deposit rule. I told him that I would not pay $100 credit or cash because that’s not what I was agreed upon. He immediately said he would waive the $100 deposit this time. I was given a king size bed and a decent size room however the AC barely blue the sheets pillows and towels were disgusting. The toilet constantly ran, the bathtub constantly drips all night long. I tried to pick up the phone to make a call end it wasn’t even connected To their so-called Motel 6 phone service. The only thing new in that room is the TV. There is also no screen in my window which is a lawsuit on its ow .We were told that we’re not allowed outside our rooms past 11 PM or we will be immediately kicked out by Merced police. No questions asked. fact that I cannot walk outside my own motel room past a certain time. No fan cover in the bathroom & no fridge

The hall was could of have been cleaner it was dirty like if the rooms where sweeped out and left behind all the small trash...my first room was dirty and not ready for me...was moved to a new room and that room was clean...tv had no remote

There was no one there for me be able to check in. Idk why they put offer online. I came from Idaho and they end up with this

The motel room was clean but there are stragglers sitting at the stairs at all time and when i was there. A fight broke out at about 3 am until 5 am so my family couldnt sleep. The service is good but the crowd makes it eh. There is a good variety of food around.

Beds where rock hard sheets where not right , dogs b asking one night all night without resolution, slamming doors all night other night (newly remodeled what 10 years ago)
