"Horrible experience"

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever booked. I was in the room for less than 2 hours before I saw a big roach and grabbed my luggage and left to go ask the front desk for a refund. They told me to contact booking.com and they will agree to issue my refund. A few days later I got a email from booking.com that the hotel manager declined my refund request because I “used the pool and stayed in the room for up to 9 hours” which is false I did not use the pool and I definitely wasn’t in the room for 9 hours. When I called the hotel to ask about that they told me they had proof and I won’t get a refund when I told him I will leave a review and call an exterminator he threatened to call the police on me. I would not recommend this place. I also have video footage of the roach crawling around.

"About what I expected, but disappointed in no breakfast, not even juice."

Breakfast. Came out at 7:30. Only thing in the breakfast room was about 1/2 dozen pieces of bread and a waffle maker, but no syrup for the waffles. Coffee machine on med dark was like cowboy coffee.

It could use major improvement. Not enough towels no coffee maker cups were not even in plastic. Bug crawling on the wall in bathroom
