The first room had bed bugs and they gave me a new room. The waffles where excellent. . There where a lot of shops nearby.

It was convenient to our main location and primary reason for booking the trip in the first place. Otherwise we liked NOTHING!

Where to begin… First this is FALSE ADVERTISING on behalf of the property owner not booking.com who we booked through! Upon arriving we were confused as the photos online look nothing like the real life version. The area is run down and doesn’t look the safest to be honest. None the less we walked into the lobby where we saw two family members sitting on the customers chairs, to our left where we were to assume was the supposed dining area for breakfast they claim in included was another 4 family members sitting at the only dining table with one family member at the counter. She wasn’t worried about anything other than taking our payment and literally nothing else not informing us of breakfast times, where it would be, no WiFi info or password, no housekeeping times contact info for problems. Instead took our payment, and gave one key saying to your left. We found our room pulled in and upon opening the door we immediately saw that what we had booked online was NOT what we were given. My exact words were “NO NO NO NO… OH HELL NO THIS IS GOTTA BE A JOKE RIGHT?” No lights came on when flipping the switch by the door it was dark and my fiancé thankfully walked into the dark room found a lamp turned it on where the nightmare continued. The lamp was leaning down with a dirty discolored lampshade that also was damaged, his lamp was a smaller version on the bedside table which also was dirty, discolored and damaged. There was NO SITTING AREA as the description claims, NO CARPET also claimed online and the headboard was broken in half with wooden pegs half broken off left inside of the piece of board which remained. The dresser was damaged, missing drawers that had only the metal tracks showing while others looked handmade and too small for the dresser so they weren’t able to be used. Only two small hand towels were in the room so upon walking to ask for some towels to take a shower they said no denying our request and said not until tomorrow.

Quick check in. The hotel needs a lot of work, extremely run down.

I don’t care how desperate you are to find somewhere to sleep even for a night… don’t go here, this look like I was thrown in somewhere outside America….. it was dirty, roaches running all over the place, the bathroom had roaches on the ground and the sink the same, the room itself smells terrible I had to go buy air freshener to be able to breathe…the shades on the lamps were broken and dirty, I notice a door in the room led to somewhere, I didn’t feel safe because it was open on my side and locked on the other side, when I realise I locked it…. Luckily I did, I woke up to someone opening it the next morning and when they realise it was locked from my side that is when they knocked and said housekeeping…. When I opened the door there was about five people staring back at me…. The only reason I stayed was because I wouldn’t get my money back…. When I fist got there, the entry way look like a mechanic shop and the receptionist smelled horribly…. I literally held my breath trying to get through checking in…. I didn’t expect 5 star, but atleast a half of the star dammit!!!!! WYNDHAM NEED TO TAKE THEIR NAME OFF THIS BUILDING…. This looks and feels like a crack den!

Not at all as pictured on the website. Very unkept neglected appearance. Weeds growing around the buildings, old rusty Travelodge sign is still up. Lamp shades are peeling inside room. Dingey discolored windows. No water pressure when taking a shower . If I would have really known before I got there, I would have cancelled. Wyndham should really come out and inspect their hotels. We did not even eat the breakfast there, went to the diner across the street.

Nice hotel and staff will be back.great location, I wish I had more time to enjoy myself but work calls.rooms nice but hot water takes a while but when it comes it's hot.lol

Nothing, it is dirty, run down, smelly, and has permanents living there, that had 3 police cars there, searching rooms. Breakfast was minimal and the staff didn't even acknowledge you.Terrible. And EXPENSIVE, cause there is an event on.

The toilet seat wasn't connected to the pan. The safety chain on the door was smashed off. Behind the bathroom door was mildew and hair and dust. No coffee machine.

First of all the bathroom and the sink area had hair everywhere, gnats on the ceiling, cobwebs and dirt all over the ceiling, the smoke alarm wasn’t even there , just wires , the door had a huge gap underneath so anything could crawl in.. I stayed there about 4 years ago and it was ok not great but ok , NO MORE !!!!

Breakfast

The surroundings were unkept. Room was smelly. I booked a non smoking room and the order of cigarettes hit me when I opened the door. There were burn marks on the sofa. The freezer of the refrigerator was overflowing with ice.
