There was cockroachs everywhere water pressure was horrible and housekeeping kept coming in my room after being told no thank you

Room was super dirty, had cock roaches in the bathroom, bathroom door looked like someone punched it, there was no seal on the door to the room. So we woke up and it was freezing cold in the room. And it looked like someone picked their nose and wiped the boogers on the wall. Okay, that is freaking disgusting!!! Oh, and the bed was super hard. I am requesting a full refund. We were in room 124.

The location was perfect.

The bed was super hard, there were cock roaches in the bathroom, and there is no seal at the bottom of the door, which is bad for climate control in the rooms. The bathroom door looked like someone had punched it, and it looks there someone whiped boogers on the wall in the bathroom. Probably wouldn't stay here again. And it smells like weed in the room.

Everything and it is a horrible place, bed bug infested, cost me a lot of money to get it off our clothes, our personal items, and out of my car. Shower barely worked if at all, toilet hardly flushed, people was smoking in their rooms weed and cigarettes, mind you this was supposed to be non-smoking rooms, the hallway stank of it and as soon as you opened your door it hit you hard, didn't get my $50 deposit back and didn't get compensated for all the issues only booking gave me at least something, unfortunately due to my work I had no choice but to stay there again and worse things happened after that. Including booking said the price with taxes was $412.46 but the hotel staff said $420.00, then threatening letter was on our door a day before we had to leave saying that our last day was the next day and that if we didn't leave they would take legal action. I've contacted booking and made them aware if I'm not compensated for everything that we went through then legal action will be taken. I've never in my entire life at staying at tons of hotels had to ever deal with anything like this and it has effected my Autistic Son dearly and I don't appreciate that at all.

Bed bug, water from shower barely came out of at all, toilet barely flushed, stained beds, smelled in hallway of weed and cigarette smoke which came into our room, on our day before we had to leave they put a threatening letter saying about the next day was our last day and if you didn't leave they would take legal action idk why that was on there. Booking said our pay was 412 but the hotel guy said 420. Never got the $50! deposit back and I have pictures the room was fine and we don't smoke so don't know why we didn't get it back. Definitely don't go here it's bad and shady people twice we know of they was in our room without permission. I'm about to take legal action because it was not at all worth the money because of all the issues and having to get rid of bed bugs cost me money and the threat unless something is worked out. I never had any issues in my life at any hotel this is definitely my first.
