"Disappointed"

Pool was clean

Room dirty, walls had patches, breakfast was unwrapped snack cakes, strong smell of cigarette smoke in the halls

"The staff were great but the room could be a little cleaner ."

I liked the pool and that we had a big enough room for my family. Especially the king bed and queen bed. Never saw that before.

The bathroom is a little small. The floors were filthy to where we had to wear flip flops because your feet would be black. There were tenants that were taken up 5 parking spaces at a time. The metal bottom of the bed make alot noises while sleeping. Water pressure and hot water suck.

"Good, but....."

The building and rooms need updating. The carpet is very worn and I wouldn't take my shoes off to walk on it barefoot. The bed was comfortable and I rested good. Overall, I would recommend but note that you are not going to be staying at a 5-star hotel.

"Want ever stay there again. Will probably take Wyndham off of our stay locations when traveling."

Location.

No breakfast provided. Sign said no juice or coffee taken out of lobby, juice and coffee was all that was provided at no cost.

"Not a happy experience"

We were really disappointed with the facility. The stairs to go up to the upstairs and the upstairs hall needed painted and repaired. The rooms were in need of repair and upgrade and cleaning. They have really been ran down since our last stay. Our heater/AC was dirty with dirt on the vents, our room was very dark even with all the little lamps on. The window was really dirty. I did not see any bugs or bedbugs, but the mattress cover on one of our beds looked pretty dirty itself. The room was depressing. I know the lobby has been upgraded, but there was very little for breakfast. At 140 per night per room plus tax I am not happy - and we have stayed at Hotel 8's alot.

it was clean and right off the highway.

they advertised breakfast included. this consisted of granola bars, juice, and coffee very disappointing
