So the only thing pleasant during my stay was the man that checked me in .Great guy ! The room i can't even shower in because it's gross. The place is gross. It smells, The fixtures are rusted and dirt and grim literally dripping off the walls. The towels should only be used to clean your car with . I had no clue that Cleveland has a little hood off of Paul Huff. I came here because water leak at home and yet I'm leaving here without the shower I came for and even more in need of a shower . Yuck

I great stay excep the toliet issue

the whole vibe. it was really just all around relaxing and very comfortable.

i wished they had a bigger breakfast but don't get me wrong....the waffles were absolutely slap!

Location was a little Erie at night so we parked close to the office.

My friend and I were attending a conference and the location of the hotel was excellent.

The facilities were run down and poorly maintained. Hard & uncomfortable beds, poor lighting in rooms, mold in the shower & an unpleasant odor in the room. The outside door did not seal properly and there was a 1/8" gap around the door to the outside. The locks on the door did not work properly. Advertised breakfast consisted of coffee & OJ.

Roaches. In the room Marijuana smoking in adjacent rooms. The outdoor pool had stagnant water. Vending machines are broken and empty.

I have never experienced a dirtier hotel in my life. I checked out within 10 minutes of checking in and went to a different hotel. And they’re refusing to refund me. My room reeked of stale cigarettes despite being a no smoking room. There was a large crusty looking stain on the couch, and stains in the bed sheets, poop streaks in the toilet and an unfinished wall in my room that was just some 2x4 framing. When I went back to my car to leave, there was some sketchy strung out lady snooping around my car.
