"HORRIBLE - worst ever"

2.0

Hotels.com, you need to remove this horrible hotel from your preferred list. First, there was NO signage anywhere on the building. It was after 10PM and we had a hard time finding it. When we went to check in we were told there was not hot water but they were working on it. We were tired, it was late, so we decided to check the room out. The hallways & stairs were filthy - covered in cigarette butts. We got into the room and it was infested with stink bugs. They were everywhere - on the walls, the ceiling and crawling up & down the curtains. We couldn't stay - it was absolutely disgusting. We left and called hotels.com and requested a refund. The agent tried to call the front desk to get "authorization" to refund - which is astounding - but their system was "busy" and I was told that I would get a call back within 30 minutes. No call. I had to call and get another agent on the phone an hour later and finally was assured of getting a refund. HORRIBLE experience. I will seriously think twice the next time I am booking a hotel about going through hotels.com. VERY DISAPPOINTED.....

"You get what you pay for"

2.0

I booked 2 nights here Oct. 13 & 14, was given a room on the 3rd floor, I knew I was in trouble when I walked into the room and discovered it had an adjoining room and there was no door on my side. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and it was dead, I checked all the wiring and everything appeared to be correctly connected, I had to call the Hotel from my cell phone, I asked about the missing door and after a few minute wait the front desk came back on and advised the room next door is no longer used. I asked that they check the phone out the next day and they assured me it would be fixed, we got back the next night around 11PM and the phone was still dead, The bed was fairly comfortable and the shower worked fine. I've stayed at the Days Inn next door and it is much nicer for about $10 more. I will not return to this hotel!

"Just for sleeping"

4.0

You wouldn't believe the condition of the swimming pool even though it was closed. I would have at least put a cover over it. NASTY The handicapped shower water went right into the carpeted area of the room. We made soap suds when we walked on the carpet. The bed was okay for a nights stay and the breakfast was really pretty good.

"Good"

6.0

The Hotel was easy to locate. check in was easy enough.. The hotel is much older and needs upgrades. The Room upon entering smelled like urine and stinky feet. The sink in the room had missing parts to it so it leaked every where. Very dirty bathroom. the inside of the bathroom door looked like a scene from the walking dead. i told the family no to close the door. The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable. there were holes in the door frame where locks used to be. did not feel that safe.

"Go elsewhere"

2.0

Quality Inns apparently vary quite a bit. I have stayed at some that are quite nice. This is not one of those. Whoever manages this one is letting it go, despite some upgrades in the lobby.I had to change rooms twice. The third room was just so-so. In the first room the toilet didn't flush. The second room had critters and spider webs and no table or desk. Other guests were hanging their laundry on the rails, cops were questioning people in the parking lot, etc. The so-called breakfast had waffles but no butter or margarine, juice dispenser not working. Just not a good place.

"Reasonable motel"

6.0

Unfortunately our room was not ready when we arrived at 4.30m, but the girl on reception was apologetic and helpful and the room was ready 15 mins later. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious. Overall it was fine for a one night stopover

"Mediocre"

6.0

The good: wifi was great. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was nice. The bad: sink leaked from the top and the bottom. I did see a few small roaches as well as several stink bugs that seemed to invade during the last couple of days I stayed there. The key never worked properly. I was constantly having to find one of the employees to get me in my room.

"Cheap price, ok hotel. Good breakfast. "

8.0

This is a decent place to stay and happens to be exactly between our hometown in Kentucky and Panama City Beach Fl. Price is great and rooms are decent. Bathroom is small and the toilet paper dispenser is right on top of the toilet (literally touching your leg). Tv remote was obviously broken (batteries were taped in and the channel up button didn't work). Mattresses were good, pillows were awful. Shower was good with plenty of hot water. Older hotel built into a hill. The rooms are in a different building from the lobby and the small breakfast area. Breakfast was good. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, multiple danishes, toast, eggs, sausage, cereal etc. If you find anything useful in this review please give me a helpful vote. Thanks for reading! By the way... the Pool is GREEN in the middle of the summer. Yuck!
