Econo Lodge

The commode in our room was a mess. The Toilet had not lid, just the thing to sit on, the toilet papper holder was in a place that would not allow the lid to open and close properly. the door in the room looked like it had been broken into and was a little lose. The staff person that welcomed us was good and friendly. The one who fixed breakfast was a little behind and the food was either to hard to eat(Bisquick) or not hot. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The room was clean so that was good. Looked like it just needed a general keep up.

Right now they are renovating. The put us in a room where the furniture did not all fit well, and fixtures in the bathroom were falling off the wall. It did not appear they were finished with the renovations on our room, and there was construction dust, mess, etc, all over the hotel. We don't plan to return.

Decent place to stay for the price.. close to shops and also downtown.. staff was nice..

Do NOT stay here. I found bugs in the bed. Mouse dropping. Bugs in the ceiling. A dead spider under the pillow. Roach wings in the bed. Sheets were dirty. Pool is loaded with black algae. Thismplace needs to be shut down. I left 30 min after checking in and demanded my money back.

I gave this place a few tries because it is right off I-65.. Rooms are dirty, sinks leak so bad they have garbage cans underneath. I stayed Dec. 31, 2018 and the next they wanted $99. to stay Jan. 1st I have Choice elite status and left at 12 Noon and after I left they charged my credit card for another day and I called but they dont care. Call girls with pimps and drugs are available if that's what you want.

It's very clean i did see like 2 roaches but that's my first time experience that at they rooms but very comfortable to stay at

As I was unloading my car near #329 I ran into high water near the h/c space and my shoes and socks were soaked and I called the office to get it moved as the water was almost cresting the sidewalk. Also the lady at the office said there was a folder with information about the tv channels but I could not find it and she said I could come to the office to get it but it was raining and decided not to drive down the hill to get it. The room was nice and I appreciate getting an extra hour to sleep as I had attended a NYEve event. Then as I was packing the car to leave I locked myself out and it was already 12:21 PM and the housekeeper unlocked the door for me but said I was supposed to be out at 11AM but told her I got an okay for an extra hour and thanked her. Unfortunately I missed breakfast but it was a nice place close to the event I attended.

Bugs in the room and bad area

Room furniture was in poor repair and plaster holes in the walls. TV reception was poor. The free breakfast was constantly cold and not replenished when out of eggs, etc. Staff was annoyed when asked to service the food. Room was not service everyday. This was a week stay for business.

Room had broken furniture, holes in plaster. Room was not serviced everyday, had to ask. Breakfast food was consistently cold for our 7 day stay. Clerk was annoyed when we asked to have coffee and food refilled.
