Its alright

I was assigned a room that had not been cleaned and had to return to the service desk for another room. New room was fine.

It was not good person at the desk was not friendly and not explaining any the TV went in and out and the morning i was leaving

Only liked the veiw I had from window. Tht staff took 6 to 8 hours to deliver linen, phone in room didn't work, staff was very inatentive to my needs. No ice in bldg. The exterior walls are very dirty and need pressure washing, windows dirty! I'm very sorry I spent my money on such bad place! Won't be going back!! Wished I could have my money back!

Pleasantly surprised it was nice

I can not begin to express what an awful place this is We arived after dark after a long day on the road, and didn't pay much attention to the room upon arrival. We woke up to bugs, and I mean big bugs clinging to the ceiling above our bed. Noticed in the morning that there was no peep hole in the door, giving anyone a view into our room. The door connecting our room with next door was missing, greatful no one came walking in, in the middle of the night. Hundreds of rooms and no working ice machine on the property. When I spoke to manager the next morning, I was challenged, and made to look like it was a to do over nothing. This place is absolutely filthy. No more econo lodge in our future anywhere. Stay here...... consider yourself warned.

The beds and air condition was great! The TV was all fuzzy, phone was broken, toilet paper holder falling out of wall, first day at. breakfast biscuits was hard and stuck to pan milk sour, eggs dry and clummpy. No one ever came to repair phone or TV. Swiming Pool closed:was totaly dry at 1/2 and dirty water at other. No salt or pepper in the building at all. Nothing was good about this place except beds and air. Laundry room was dirty. No one cleaned it for the whole week we were there. Ice machine gave very little ice. Then no more for some time.

I reserved 11 rooms. When I checked in & received all keys I went to check all rooms to make sure they looked good & were ready for my group to stay in. Some smelled like weed, toilets were running, some of the ceiling was peeling off, writing on the doors. The pool was non existent. It was awful. So I went back to the lobby to change out 2 rooms when really I just wanted to cancel them all! One room I changed the ceiling was bad, they changed it. The other, the door wouldn’t open at all. He (Harry) ran his card through the key box & said it should work. I then drove back up to the room to try it again & it still didn’t work. I took it back to the lobby & told him I still couldn’t get in. I left the key with him & said I needed to go check my group into the conference we were attending that we would just come back for it. I asked that he fix it or have another room ready for us. Needless to say we didn’t get in that night or the next day (our whole stay) & they refused to give a refund. We were at the front desk the next night at 2am still short a room bc it wasn’t fixed. The worker even walked to the room to try to get in & couldnt but still refused a refund for a room we paid for but never used the whole stay!! We had to send some of our guys to another hotel since we couldn’t get in that room & they couldn’t fix it. They then told us we can speak to the manager they following morning (check out day) after 11 (check out time) He wasn’t there! I want a refund. We have pics.

Room was clean and comfortable
