Old and horrible false advertisement of breakfast with booking

It was close to where we were supposed to be to get things done

I ordered a room smoking with a king size bed when I got there you only king size bed was a non-smoking room the toilet wasn't fastened to the floor they moved me to another room they had two double beds in it the bathroom light didn't work they moved me to an all room they had two double beds in it both of the double bedrooms were smoking

Staff didn't answer the phone. Room next door was having a party with arguing and yelling all night. Nobody in the office. Door was not sealed properly it was old and Had been broken and repaired half assed many times. It didn't feel safe.

The place was not clean the staff was not friendly the bed was disgusting all kind of trash was in the bed I'll never never stay there again and I will never recommend this place this place needs to be abolished is disgusting

The bed sheets were not clean when I got there got into the bed all kind of hair that was in the bed all kind of crumbs and it was in the bed don't know if they had lice or bed bugs or whatever I will never ever stay in this place again

Cuz it was cheap

The staff want to talk in their native language they're Indian or whatever they had no concern for the customer at all how you going to talk in your language in front of the customer I don't know what you saying rude very rude place need to be shut down very disorganized not clean at all

The nonsmoming room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. i had a sore throat within 20 minutes. The room was dirty with cracked walls. The parking lot was full of drunk loiterers. I found a new hotel and left immediately to avoid being mugged in the parking lot.
