Breakfast was ok. I reported this yo staff. We returned late on 2nd night to find a bad smell greeting us. Then when I went to enter bathroom, I stepped in a puddle of water on floor. More in bathroom. Sink bowl was dirty but empty. Floor had a puddle and trashcan was full of water I am asking for a refund of 2nd night stay. Thank you for assisting with this

"Not worth a free night stay. Don’t do it. Gross! Dirty!!!!!"

Nothing! Absolutely nothing.

The rooms do not look like the nice rooms advertised. A blind person painted. My room was not mopped. I put a towel down to get out of the floor and that was the only time it saw a cleaning. Tv got 3 channels. Definitely not renovated. I got 2 towels for 2.5 days. Blankets had holes in them. It looked like the projects. Ppl just walking around. Dogs crying in rooms next to you. I’m more afraid of what I’m going to catch from the toilet seat. Bathtub was falling in ground. No breakfast as stated. This place need to be demolished.

"Don’t stay here unless you’re super hard up, it’s a S**T hole!"

There weren’t really any redeeming qualities to this place.

I was there from a Sunday evening to Saturday, not once did they clean or change my towels. I had to go in to the office and demand they give me towels and wash rags, place is just an all around dump, and I’ve traveled all over the country and this is by far the worst.
