Great service great times clean environment

I have stayed there before several times but it has continued to go from average to poor with this stay being the worst

My first room had not been cleaned. My second room had a collection of bugs on a wall that had some type of spill. I was moved to a third room that evening had cockroaches all over it. I asked for a partial refund and got nothing

This hotel was unsafe, and the conditions were absolutely terrible. Windows were broken doors wouldn’t even close. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Bedsheets weren’t even changed and the smell of the rooms were absolutely horrid. We felt like we were in a horror movie we end up turning the keys the next day not even saying the next day. This motel was labeled as newly renovated, but it was just a Band-Aid slapped on top of wreckage. Beware do not book this place.
