Super 8 by Wyndham Centerville-Richmond

The room was quite large, outdated but clean. The breakfast was lackluster but available on time.

The location is great. It's right off the highway and next to a gas station that has a Dairy queen. My true rating is less than a star.

Paying extra for traveling with pets and getting put in a more than unsanitary, unsafe room is not cool. The property stated something about the shower and that they were remodeling, but it still worked. This room was disgusting, but I knew that there was not going to be an option for a different room after we got in. The window had no locks, so I wasn't able to leave anything in the room unattended. The shower was disgusting. The fact of what they did to it did not bother me. The cleanliness and other people's hair in it bothered me. The doors were dirty, and the walls were dirty. There wasn't any extra lock security on the door either. The bottom of the mini fridge was rusted and bad. They were replacing the door locks as soon as we were leaving because there was an entirely new piece laying outside the door when we were getting ready to leave. They also stated they had free breakfast, and they really didn't. They had a little bit of cereal in some bins, a few pieces of bread, and some honey buns. I thought I would at least get some juice, no. The juice container was empty, and so was the milk container. I stayed at this same property 2 years ago with my dogs , and it was fine. I've stayed at other Wyndham places, and I don't feel that this place in any way represents the company image. I will never stay here again. I would also like to be reimbursed for at least half the total cost. I have pictures of what I speak of. I had already been charged, and a refund wasn't an option or I would not have stayed here at all. I have additional pictures, and did not get any of the lobby or outside.

bath tub liner that was plastic was cracked appeared to be moldy. I did not feel it was very healthy to use. very bad and this location should be closed. breakfast was stingy.

The owner checked me in. He was very pleasant. The room was clean. Only other business at this exit is a gas station with Dairy Queen inside.

Not much

I wasn’t aware this Wyndham was under renovation. By this I mean it was entirely under renovation. Nothing appeared to be completed in the room I was staying in.
