Quality Inn & Suites West Bend

Bathroom was disgusting. The outside front of the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Toilet was dirty. The floor, especially near the tub, was very grimy - nastiness in the corners. The carpet in the room had random wet spots. One good thing, the a/c worked great.

I did my reservation through the app. And when I show up to the front t desk to check in. It didn't appear so I have to pay again. In the front desk cause they did have any reservation for me.

Disgusting. We were in a suite so it was mediocre but there were people smoking cigarettes in their rooms right next to us. The whole hallway constantly reeked like smoke. We would complain and just be told it was “from their clothes.” No reason for it in a non smoking hotel, especially in summer when there is a door 10 feet away to be used for smoking outdoors. Then it smelled like pot outside and when my kids were swimming we could see grown men through the window clear as day smoking joints outside. On the last night I was woken up to adults outside my room laughing at 3 am about how the cops kicked them out of the bars. After 10 minutes I tried to call the desk to address this but there’s no number to call them anywhere in the room or online! It was just me (a 36 year old female) and my 2 year old daughter in the room so I didn’t feel comfortable confronting intoxicated adults bragging about being escorted out by cops. How can you not have a way to reach the desk? What if my safety was at stake?? NEVER again will stay at a quality inn and we stay at hotels every weekend for family softball tournaments. Horrible service. Care more about catering to their cigarette and pot-smoking drunk obnoxious guests than families who follow the rules and just dont want to smell like an ashtray every time they leave their room.

I stayed in a King suite and the bed was very comfortable! The AC worked great, there was plenty of TV stations to choose from, the mini fridge was plugged in and ready to go. There was a pool and hot tub, I unfortunately did have time to use either, but both were up and running. Typical hotel breakfast!

The Hotel is very dated, could use a few updates.

The smoking of weed with inside the hotel. No smoking is no smoking of anything.

Great place, clean, n they leave you wlob which is nice
