Quality Inn & Suites West Bend

Room could use better cleaning and carpet replaced.

The place was damp, smelly, musty,. The room smelled, but I was exhausted so I didn’t leave. There was banging all night long. It was not a quiet place to stay and I’m sure this was no fault of theirs but the police and ambulance were there at 1 o’clock in the morning taking someone out. The only saving grace was the pool and sauna.

The first room we stayed in was quite dirty and there was a very strong mildew smell, i assume it was from the air conditioning the carpet was very wet under the unit. We got in very late so the next morning i talked to the desk clerk and explained the situation. She was very kind and switched us to a different room right away. The second room we stayed in was clean and very comfortable. The hotel just needs some updating and a good cleaning but the staff was very nice and it was quiet

The bed was comfortable. Everything in the room worked as expected. The breakfast was adequate. The pool and hot tub were nice, but at least 2 little pool towels were needed to dry off.

Stained hallway carpet. Lack of front desk personnel and room keys that were troublesome.

Swearing screaming and fight so I couldn’t sleep owners did nothing

Loved the bisquits and gravy with scrambled eggs. Beds was comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly

Paid over $200 per night for a room that was worth maybe $50. Hallways dingy and unclean, rooms dated the ac made noise all day and night. Will not stay here again

Door did not latch without assistance. Shower rod falling down. Toilet dirty on arrival.breakfast frequently out of ‘hot’ items, and lukewarm sausage gravy
