"A total rip off."

When a place price pre night has to do with what is going on in town is bull. A two night stay was over 428.00 dollars for that price the hot tub should have good jets. There was a hose filling the pool no stop. The person behind the counter at 2:30 pm I asked if room was ready she came back with it sould be ready at 3:00 pm It was funny than went back at t 3:00 p6 and there was a man behind counter asked me if I wanted first or second floor. I will never stay there again. What a great way to spoil a person's experience in the West Bend Area.

Location was good. easy to find and get to.

Room smelled of smoke. Carpet and chair definitely needed deodorizing. We had to open the window to get clean air in as we both have breathing issues. Heater blowed cold across room. Place is rundown. Carpets dirty. Bedding had stains. Sink and toilet very low. Large dog in room across hall barked alot, expecially in the morning when we wanted to sleep. Pool was too cold. Hot tub not enough jets. Inconvenient as only door you could go in was main door. Could hear everything in room upstairs.
