"Bad experience but had no choice they were going to keep my money no matter what"

Not much

Went for the pool it was closed and I couldn't get a refund to find somewhere cleaner that has a pool and doesn't smell like weed and cigarettes

"Awful and I still never got a refund"

Front desk lady was very kind

The drunk man staying on the floor below ours that came to try to fight us about our toddlers being ‘too loud’ at 6pm. We were in our room for a whole 2 hours before we left & drove 5 hours back home because I felt unsafe being there.
