Super 8 by Wyndham Eastland

The rooms are ok.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at rude management doors don't lock ac not marked so it can be adjusted no hot water. Room was nasty and full of roaches and mold Got double charged for the room. Paid through hotels com at the time of booking. Hotel charged again at check in.

They double charged me once for the reservation I made and again when I checked in !

I did not stay there! I am a disabled veteran with medical problems and can not stay in a smoking room! I am a nonsmoker.

Location was convenient. Staff basically went through the motions. Water had been shut off due to a burst pipe. I found this out after I checked in and tried to use water in the sink. I was only informed of the situation after I inquired about the lack of water. It seems that this should have been expressed to me as I was checking in. The water did come on shortly afterward. Also needed to request additional towels.

I expected more from a property with Wyndam's name on it they advertised continental breakfast, but I couldn't even get a cup of coffee at 8:30am. There was no wifi service in the room, I had to go outside next to the super highway for any reception There was a trailer park right next door and the dogs barked all night. This was such a rip-off, I should get my money back I will certainly not rent from a Wyndam hotel again,YUK!

The parking lot was very dark and had an overall unsafe feeling. Someone had removed the battery from the smoke detector and it had not been replaced. The knob on the heater was broken so it spinned all the way around, which made it difficult to know where to set it.

Bed was comfortable. The door stayed ajar and cold wind came in. The mixing valve in the bathtub was faulty and you could not warm up the shower. There was hot water in the sink. There was no battery in the smoke detector.

There were cockroaches in my room I killed several through outy stay
