No hot water ac barely works

If you are just passing through and don't want to stay in Dallas-Fort Worth, this will do. The internet wifi was excellent and there are 3 places to get food within walking distance. The road noise will bother you if you don't use white noise or the window unit to drown it out. It didn't bother us as we use a white noise app every night when traveling.

I checked the website. It said “pet friendly.” I looked all of the site to find any pet “fees” and could find nothing. When we arrived we were told there was a $10 fee. I had the site pulled up on my phone and said there was nothing about a fee. I offered to show him — perhaps he could show me. where it said “pet fee”. He refused to look and told me “$10”. We paid. Later I found a DIFFERENT site that said at the very bottom “Hotel Policies. I opened it and after a paragraph about children staying free, I found the pet fee.

Rooms was clean and the staff was awesome

If you are just needing a place to shower and sleep this is the place. Check in was slow and check out was me just dropping off the key. Breakfast is really lacking, options were toast, mixed cereal, and waffles. There was OJ and milk but if another guest hadn’t took it upon themselves to make coffee there would not have been any. I asked the person on duty if there was any where to rinse out my coffee cup and they replied “in your room”. I’ve stayed at some terrible motels but this one is definitely going on my list as a “no stay”. You definitely don’t get the cost per night to stay there.. next trip I’ll spend the extra money and stay elsewhere. In all honesty I feel like Wyndham hotels owes me a refund and apology for this stay.

Location was good. Staff seemed more concerned about cleaning that my not wanting to be disturbed. Check out was 11 am. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 8 am and 9 am.

The clerk appeared to be high, I called for directions and he said they were almost to Dallas??? The room was dirty, there was trash in the waste basket, there was a jacuzzi tub 2 foot from the bed, not in the bathroom. If it wasn’t 2:00 am, and I wasn’t tired I would have rather driven all night to get home.

The room was extremely clean and the rooms were surprisingly nice from looking at the outside you wouldn’t think so

The A/C DID NOT WORK .Has'nt been serviced or cleaned in FOREVER . Housekeeping "cleaned" our room ,left no towels , soap or rags. DO NOT EAT AT LA HACIENDA next door , service n food sucks
