"Cleanliness could be better "

There was mildew growing on the ac and it kept flipping the outlet it was plugged in so had to keep resetting it. Phone had coffee or something spilt on it. Hallways need vacuumed.

The location was perfect for the business that I had in town

Even though you are pet friendly, it would really be nice to know up front that there is a two dog limit. Although my room was clean and tidy, the bed was very uncomfortable. Also, the notifications that you sent out about some things, not being accessible & things being in short supply due to a covid outbreak. It's 2025. Let's not use that as an excuse to not clean and sanitize things.

"Not the best..."

Hotel was for the most part clean looking, but the smell when you first walked in was not pleasant. And the towels looked far from clean. Staff was nice at check in. TV remote was taped together with paper holding the batteries and wouldn't control the tv. Cleaning people was extremely noisy very early slamming door after door as well, along with the 6am dog fight. Other than that ok I guess

"Not Clean"

Overall, the property was just not clean. It seemed every surface in the room was sticky. The towels were yellowed and stained. The hallways and rest of property seemed to be in similar condition. It made for an uncomfortable stay.
