Motel 6-Lebanon, IN

We stayed one night. The room was clean, we didn’t have any issues.

Nobody at the desk when I needed them (rang the bell for 5 minutes) but had an employee knocking on the door at 6:30am to verify that I was in the room!?!?!?

The evening staff is amazing I didn’t catch the young ladies name but she is by far the best part of my stay. I checked in things seemed ok then I got to my FIRST room yea I had to be moved. The outlet for the desk didn’t work unless you unplugged the tv bottom plug had no power when i tried to plug in my laptop. The tv didn’t work. Room 2 was better. The tv worked but the ac looked like it seen better years and go figure the lamp was busted. The room was clean if you didnt turn on lights. Stains on the mattress what could possibly be blood on the walls. Screens torn up with notices saying it’s $50 to replace well why do the screens have big wholes in it?!

Room and facility was clean. Staff was friendly.

Expected a queen bed instead of a full size. Very difficult for two older adults to sleep on. Room description did not indicate this when booked. Very few amenities, no hair dryer. Did not expect floor to have cheap vinyl plank which was noisy when we walked. Had to book at last minute for Memorial weekend. Paid way too much for this room!

Towels poor quality, dingy looking, only 1 per person Bad coffee, no food

Came home with bug bites all over, bathroom had pee stains and hallway smelled like mold.

Nothing.

Mostly everything was good, except for some hairs and stuff in the tub.
